(01) The studio
We are eight people in a small studio in Lisbon. We plan private journeys for two to six travellers, one at a time, around how you like to move, eat and rest. No catalogue and no group tours. Just a long conversation and a trip that could only be yours.

(04) How it works
Four slow steps, then you go
Most journeys take six to ten weeks to plan. You talk to one person the whole way through, and that person picks up the phone while you travel.
A long conversation
An hour on the phone, or over coffee in Lisbon. We ask how you like to wake up, what you skipped on your last trip and why.
A first draft, by hand
Within ten days you get a written itinerary with maps, photographs and the reasoning behind every stay. No templates.
Refine until it fits
We change it as many times as you need. Most trips go through three drafts. Some go through seven, and that is fine.
Travel with a host
Your planner is on call for the whole journey. Local hosts meet you on the ground, and nothing is left for you to book.

(05) A note from the road
“We stood on a dune at five in the morning and nobody said a word for twenty minutes. That was the whole point, and they knew it before we did.”
